Proteaflora plants receive the highest standard of care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However if your plant has arrived unhealthy or damaged, please email our customer service team online@proteaflora.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide a photo of your plant along with your order number and a team member will organise a replacement or full refund.
If you do not email customer service within 7 days of receiving your plant order, we cannot accept responsibility for any issues or delivery problems.

We have a 30-day returns policy for all non perishable items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
It is your responsibility to get the item(s) back to us and any associated shipping fees are not refundable unless we are at fault. To begin the process, please email our customer service team online@proteaflora.com.au with your order information and return request.
