The walnut board not only provides a stunning surface for your culinary tasks but also elegantly holds the matching stainless steel paring knife, featuring a comfortable walnut handle. This compact knife punches above its weight, boasting a hand-laminated VG-10 steel blade clad in softer stainless steel for added protection. To get the best from your knives:

- Wash them by hand and dry thoroughly afterwards.
- Wipe over with Camellia Oil if not using regularly.
- Sharpen every two weeks or so of regular use.
- Use a combination of the Niwaki #1000 & #3000 Sharpening Stones for everyday sharpening.
- Take care with harder foods, such as the skin of a pumpkin or a squash.

Tip: Don’t leave the wooden chopping board to soak in the sink.
