Niwaki Tobisho Hiryu Secateurs - extraordinary pruners from Tobisho, hand-forged to order. The Hiryu differs from all other secateurs with its thinner blade, slightly hollow-ground on the inside and a slight gap between blade and bypass - creating a finer and cleaner cutting action, which along with the double spring system allows for prolonged use.

There’s a nifty reservoir of grease contained within the self tightening bolt system to self-lubricate from the inside. The double spring and soft action is great for repeated use in orchards and large gardens. Leather catch at the bottom.
